Connect Abel to your AI
Add Abel once. After that, every agent you turn on here shows up in your AI by itself, and runs with your own account and credits. Nothing to download.
Claude
- In Claude, open Settings → Connectors and choose Add custom connector.
- Name it Abel and paste this address:
/api/mcp - Click Connect, sign in to Abel and press Allow. That's it: every agent you turn on appears in Claude.
Your agents also use Claude's own connectors, such as Gmail and Google Calendar. Turn those on in the same Connectors screen.
ChatGPT, Gemini and Copilot

What the Abel app can and can't do
- It can see which agents you turned on at Abel and your settings for them, so your AI knows how to run them.
- It can turn an agent on when you ask your AI to, and save a one-line report after each run (no email content) for your Friday review.
- It can't read your email, calendar or files. Your agents do that through your AI's own connectors, which you control in your AI.
- It can't send, delete or pay for anything. Agents always ask you first, in the conversation.
Something not working?
- My agent doesn't show up. Start a new conversation: your AI loads your agents when a conversation starts.
- It says it can't read my email. Turn on the Gmail connector in your AI's settings, then try again.
- I want to stop everything. Use “Stop everything” in My agents, or remove Abel from your AI's connectors.
